Book Club

First Monday of the month 6pm to 7pm.

Our monthly community book club is a welcoming and friendly group who meet on the first Monday of the month to catch up and share their thoughts on the previous month's chosen book -and choose the next month's book before the end of the evening. There are no commitments, just turn up if you'd like to. The next monthly read is shared here as well as on our socials and noticeboards so you have plenty of notice and time to read before the next meet up. It's free to come along.

Light refreshments are served free of charge-donations welcome.

November's book choice is The Rose and the Yew Tree by Mary Westmacott-the pen name used by Agatha Christie. The novel explores  the human psyche through themes of ambition, love and societal expectations.
The next meet up to discuss this book will be on Monday 2nd November 2026
