Booking
The Main Hall, Multipurpose Room and Kitchen are all available for booking by the hour. We also offer private room hire for meetings, large and small private events, childrens parties and work space.
You can book these rooms using our online booking system here, or by following the relevant room links below. All rooms are fitted with an infra red hearing system.
If you have a particular request (e.g. wedding or other special event), please add that information in Special Requirements in the booking request. You can also email us at mchbookings@lowesbarncp.org.uk
Main Hall

Larger hall (12m x 7m approx.) can accommodate 80 people standing or seated.

Features hatch to kitchen and doors to outside grassed area and playground.

The standard booking rate is £25/hr e.g. for parties, events or larger classes.

For smaller classes (30 or less) the standard rate is £16/hr.

Discounted rates may be available for multiple bookings. We aim to keep Saturdays and Sundays for parties and events, so we may not accept bookings for classes at those times.
Multipurpose Room

Smaller activity room (4m x 3.4m approx) for 20 people (15 seated in rows).

Features door to outside facing the playground

The standard booking rate is £14/hr.

Discounted rates may be available for multiple bookings.
Hub

A central meeting space within the heart of the building (11m x 3.7m (approx.).

This area is available for booking as part of a larger event using the whole building.
Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen with range cooker, fridges, freezer and dishwasher.

Hatch to Main Hall and door to outside facing playground.

The standard booking rate is £12/hr.

Discounted rates may be available for multiple bookings.

We also offer a flat rate of £12/event if the kitchen will only be used for light refreshments and booked in conjunction with the Hall or Multi-Purpose Room.
Please note for your security, that we never use third party booking sites for our own events, fairs and room hire. Bookings can only be made directly with us via our online system and all correspondence by email is via manager / booking @lowesbarncp.org,uk.
